equipment already, then all you would need is to buy the seeds. You
plant the seeds and water them and in 7 to 9 days the plants should be
about 8 inches tall. Cut the grass about 1/2 an inch above the soil. The
cut grass will grow a second time on about another 7 days. After the
second growing, add some organic compost to the soil and start again. If
all of that seems too difficult for you, today, instead of juicing wheat
grass, you can buy it in powdered form. The concentrations of vitamins
change a bit in powdered form but it is still very nearly the same
product.
Make sure when you start taking wheat grass juice that you go slow at
first. Everyone's starting at a different level of balance so you may or
may not experience some cleansing side effects like diarrhea, gas or
